Bow rides too high\

I have a 14' jon boat with 4hp Suzuki OB. Without a passenger in front the boat does not plane and the bow rides way too high. I have the motor tilted downward to the maximum. Short of putting about 100 punds of weight up front, does anyone have a better solution to get the bow down?
