7.5 HP Gamefisher Outboard Motor

I have a 7.5 Gamefisher Outboard Motor from Sears (MODEL #217585751). Where the 2 fuel lines come into the carb one of the nipples broke off. Tried ordering from sears but is no longer available. Can anyone help me out?
