The motor is running now! Thanks for all of your suggestions. It turned out that there is a steel bolt (not stainless) near the high power jets in the carb that had rust on it. After a few minutes at high RPMs, the rust would clog the carb ports. It was cleaned and the timing adjusted and I am back on the water. Thanks
