Rolleiflex questions

Any Rolleiflex fans out there? I'm trying to figure out my camera's age. The lens is a Zeiss-Opton Nr 79044 Tessar f3.5 75mm. It says Compur-Rapid between the shutter speed dial & aperture dial. There is a flash sync but it does not have an X. Shutter speeds are B, 1, 1/2/ 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 100, 1/250 & 1/500. Also can I shoot with the shutter speed between speeds? Thank you in advance.
