If you want everything larger (Desktop Icons and such)... Right click on your desktop(away from any icons)~~~choose properties from the menu that appears~~~~~then chose the Settings tab from the window and move the screen resolution slider to the left
You will be asked if you want to keep these settings after a preview. I think this will get you back to where you where with your old computer
