These can be tough. First, take a look at Add/Remove programs. You might get lucky. If you're comfortable with the registry, look at Run and RunOnce under the Windows key. Also, look at the taskmgr for running processes. Then do a search for the process. Right click and get the properties for the DLL. If it doesn't say Microsoft, it's likely a hitchhiker. Then look at the System dir or System 32 dir where this thing is. Many times, they'll be several with similar names. A common trick is to rename and copy the file each time the system boots, so you get rid of one and it comes back again. Look for files with the same date and/or size. If in doubt, rename the file to .junk and reboot. If it comes up ok, then delete them.
