Being steered here from another forum, I find the champlain to be what I'm looking for. As with many of Bolgers boats, the actual plans are not available. Can plans be found for this boat? Thanks.

Mmmmmm, last info. here at SBF 'command center' shows plans on 8 sheets costing $300.00 (US) are available from Mr. Bolger... Try sending him a fax at: 978-282-1349.
