Using a hydrofluoric acid based aluminum cleaner should work. I believe this type of cleaner is common to clean aluminum truck-trailer bodies in the transportation industry.
Phone your local truck shop and ask who in your area acid-washes aluminum dump bodies and have it done there for a small fee.
