Hi,
I have a 500 and have used it many times on a local river.
I run it with a 3.9 outboard and it works great. I've added a folding wood floor and removeable seats.
It should be noted that the 500 is made of far thicker PVC than you find on most inflatables. I also made a trolling bracket for the front which also works great.
Its much more than a toy.

Hi,I want to buy a little boat for to chill out on the lake,
and eventually to go camping along the shore. I looked at the
Intex SeaHawk models: the 500 you're talking about, and also
and Sport 400 interest me. The Sport version looks to be more
rugged, better quality, but more expensive.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
