Recently I read a post about Briggs&Stratton marketing an air cooled outboard motor. Does anyone know anything more about this? Thanks.

They are for sale. Cabela's Catalog Spring 2003 has them for $699 or so. Manual start, 4-stroke, forward/reverse/neutral, plastic prop, 3.1 gallon remote tank, will charge battery but no electric starter.

I'm looking for opinions on saltwater use. I would love one of these motors. Briggs and Stratton says it can be used in saltwater if you rinse it off and wipe it dry after each use. I would do that anyway with a normal motor. Opinions?????
