  This should be a relatively simple task. I would dismantle both the control end and the motor end to check for feasibility first. If there special flares on ends this might not be possible. If the tube is straight on ends. It should be simply a matter of shortening the tube and the control wires, and reassembling it all. T.G.

    i checked every thing out it seems to be a simple task, i just need to do some careful measuring before i do any cutting thanks
