  you need to disassemble the carbeurator. its not too complicated, if you've never had it apart before, take it slow and layout EACH screw, spring, clip, needle etc. as you disassemble it. you can clean the parts with mineral spirts then light oil (wd-40).
  also make sure the lines are clean and the fuel bowl is clean too.

  my guess is your jet is clogged. Old gas will quickly turn to varnish and gum up the jet. I also have a gamefisher 3.0 and had the same problem last year when i bought it off a friend. good luck
