This motor is a mid eighties motor. I donot have a model number decoder. I do know that the red and black ones are made by force marine which is chrysler and after the last buy out now owned by Mercury. I donot know where to find a manual. I currently own a couple of these motors in different hp., I get my parts from a dealer who repairs all makes of motors.
