I have two johnson and one evinrude motors manufactured in the early sixties & one 1972 50 HP evinrude. My question is; are they all required to have lead additves with the oil and gasoline mixture?

None of then require lead additives. It is best NOT to use them in any outboard engine of any year or horsepower. Use clean fresh gasoline and either 100% synthetic oil or Quicksilver Premium Plus oil. Mix it at 40:1, 1 pint oil to 5 gals of gas. Use fuel stabilizer and carbon control additives from one of the big 3 engine manufacturers. Do not use the special oils blebded for the direct injected motors.
