It's pretty, but the pretention of name slays me.

...the glass can make a difference in how you experience the wine - it's bouquet and flavor.
Reidel has capitalized on that.
I much prefer a thinner, chrystal-like, nicely shaped glass for my wine.
Not that I've done any comparison tasting with different glasses.
The chemistry and physiology of some of the talk makes some sense.
Before the Reidels, my favorite glass was a brandy snifter: large bowl, narrow chimney!
I'm not a Suckling reader, it'll be interesting to see the 'reviews' of the glass.
...because it has a good beat and you can dance to it.
