Or start buying French! It kills me to admit it, but they offer value in ways I can't.

Although we probably are looking for different things in Chard. I think butter flavor is an american invention in Chardonnay...not something I look for or even want.

Jed Steele is a pretty cool guy. He was a consultant at a place I worked years ago. A Washington State grad I think.
