Now I'm set for Winter fare like lamb shanks and 7-bone chuck roasts (if I can find them).

Keep forgetting to ask the butchers about the lack of bone in chuck (for the past 4-5 years) as I'm tired of the additional step of saving/freezing the bones from strip steaks in order to compensate.
