I belong to several mailing lists and clubs, so a lot of my wine comes from them.

As for stores, Costco gets most of my business. Also, there is a large chain store in Houston called Spec's. Their flagship is downtown. A HUGE selection but you need to know your stuff because their staff doesn't. They do have a couple of noted expert buyers but you hardly ever see them on the floor.
