A decent bargain from K&L....

Got my emailer this past week and Miner Family Wild Yeast 2009 chard was 19.99 a bottle.

We just got our shipment and popped it and thumbs up.

It was quite tight as we opened it and over about an hour really blossomed!

I would recommend getting it nice and frosty in the fridge, then let it come up to ~50-55% in the glass and you will enjoy.

Over time, I have found myself drawn more to wild yeast wines.

Just Google K&L Wines if you wanna.
