A little malolactic, not too much.

A little wood, not too much.

Not too flabby.

Actually, a thing I really like, a bit of mineral/limestone!

Shortish finish, but I just popped it open.

Thought I'd mention it because it tends to not be around long long.

I'd drink it again.

Haven't started dinner yet, and I suspect it will be a 'food wine' with it's good acid balance.

Better as I start to get dinner ready. A good sign. Evolves in the glass!
