I actually started to enjoy Rombauer back in the 80's. I feel their style has become a bit more commercial. Still one of my go to wines when there is nothing but the usual suspects on the wine list.

The Columbia Crest H3 wines are all good. Not going to stop you from buying your favorites, but good enough for company who doesn't really care/know, but you want to enjoy a glass of wine also.
