If you are flying out of SFO, allow at least 2.5 hours. On a Sunday afternoon it takes about 1 1/4 hours for me to get there, but then I know exactly where I'm going. If you have a car to turn in and want some extra margin, leaving by 2 pm from Santa Cruz or a hair earlier should be fine. I can't promise you any DRC wines to taste (see my post from last March below), though I have a Pinot in barrel that should provide some interesting comparisons with their less exalted offerings at some point in the future
