Most good wine stores should have some. It's called "Eiswein" in Germany. You can also a North American version from Inniskillin.

If you haven't already tried them, you might try German Auslese, Beerenauslese, or even Trockenbeerenauslese. Increasing by sweetness, but not cloyingly so, and price.

By the way, I still regard an eiswein I had back in the late 70's as one of the finest wines I've ever tasted. Every taste had a new flavor element and the aftertaste seemed to linger forever.
