Really the only rule: "Note: Ads are NOT allowed!"The above seems like an ad to me; although I could only partially load the site it sure has a commercial feel to it.
Unsolicited commercial postings are generally unwanted anywhere outside of USENET, which died a horrible death under a torrent of spam like this.
