Your approach promises tremendous advances in the Social Anthropology of Wine Boards. It reveals serious limitations in the Single Board Observation Method - which now seems like looking through the wrong end of a telescope.
I commend you for recognizing the potential available through the combination of these technologies.
If you do hire that Statistician it looks like you may have some work for him to do.
