What home network cabling for Verizon FiOS 25/25
Posted by petew on March 6, 2011 at 18:04:10:
Hey guys -- this is a cable question. Verizon is coming to my house next week and I imagined I'd have it all wired and ready to "turnkey" before they got here -- to keep their filthy technician from busting my walls and crawling all over everything....trying to make off with one of my 17 Beatles Boxed sets (all different formats -- how is that even possible?)
Anyway i posted it in the wrong place so click the link to read please.
Basic question is: Do I need to pull both RG6U coax AND Cat6e ethernet to connect the Verizon modem to WAN, to LAN, and to the TV settop boxes?
I'm pissed at everyone for making me install a technology that is already decades out of date.
thanks.
