Tonight we went to a wine dinner featuring a different varietal with each course. First up was a chardonnay that I found to be not that much different that other good Calif. chards. Second course was a Pinot that was very good. Not excessively earthy with nice fruit. Third course featured a Cabernet Franc which was also very drinkable. Final course was with their 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon and that was the best of the bunch. Very low to non-existent tannins with nicely balanced fruit. One of the nicest cabs I've had in a while. Not sure it's worth the $100/bottle retail though.
