I agree, although I read "The Last of the Just" many years ago, it is certainly memorable. Five minutes ago I finished re-reading "Holocaust" by Gerald Green, author of "The Last Angry Man." I recommend it highly; it, too, is memorable.

I found this message from you because I was looking for information on Andre Schwartz-Bart. I though I heard he'd passed away this weekend.

Thank you for reminding me of "The Last of the Just" — I shall have to re-read that one too.
