boat pulling to righht

I have a 1996 scout 17 foot open fisherman, with a 115 yamaha outboard 4 stroke engine. It pulls to the right pretty hard. If you let go of the wheel it immediately turns to the right.
Someone told me there is an adjustment on the lower unit . Any help would be appreciated.
