how old is this motor "picture"

216.12.192.75

Hello,
Can anyone out there tell me what year this was made? I bought the contents of an old shed that was on property that was for sale and it had three outboard motors in it. This is the oldest motor of the three. I would love to get this thing running. I'm betting it's going to need a few parts. There's something small that's missing that primes the engine before you start it. I can tell it's a small piece but don't know what it is. It doesn't look like there's much missing. It seems in pretty good shape. I think it was even drained of all gas when it was put away. Where would I get parts to this thing? One of the others is a 9hp Sears Ted Williams model. The other one is a 40hp Sea King. The Sea King is not in good shape.
Oh yea, the really old one looks like it might have said Sea King on the side of the gas tank. The gas tank is sitting on top of the engine. Would this thing have an impeller or is it air cooled? I've had a boat but haven't been a huge fan. I just wanted to go skiing.
Now that I'm 40, the thought of getting this old thing running and putting it on an vintage boat sounds more fun. Thanks! (hope the pictures display)
David
