Decent quality inflatable raft recommendations?

I'm in the market for a decent quality inflatable raft...something that will hold two 200lb. adults relatively comfortably and cost not more than about USD$100. I won't be adding a motor to it or anything like that...just going to be using it for general recreation, fishing and as a dinghy to get to my powerboat.

I've been looking at the Seahawk Sport 400 and the Seahawk 500...anyone own one of these?
