DaveOYes!!! Mix the oil heavy, just like a new motor. I just recently started an 80 hp Merc that had sat for 7 years, I mixed my first gallon of fuel at about 30 to 1 and ran that through, then went back to 50 to 1. This engine runs great! Hopefully yours will to :)
