In 1970 that engine had an ignition system that had a black box amphilier and a single coil for all cylinders. You can check the coil but the amp. is probably the problem omc has an updated box. The key switch could be the problem also remote though. It also has pts. but that should not affect all the cyllinders it has two sets i believe. good luck, tom
