Win XP-Can you delete a named share

On my desktop computer at home I permit sharing of the two drive partitions so that I can acces them on the my home network. Yesterday I inadvertently gave the two drives new share names, thiniking incorrectly that I hadn't named the drives. Now I have two share names (C$ and C) for each drive and can't find out how to delete the extra share name for each drive. Is it possible in Win XP?
