I need a cheap ($500 - $1K) laptop for my business (landscape design). Primarily I need to be able to bring Quickbooks/accounting questions to my accountant, use MS Word and maybe some email. If I can store and open a small image library for my clients that is a plus but not essential. Big points for durability as it will spend quite bit of time in the cab of my pickup. I'm not necessarily opposed to refurbished if there are good values to be found.
