AMD Duron replacement for Jetway mobo

Hi all,I'm using a Duron 1100 on my Jetway V266B motherboard.I need more speed(who doesn't),and I already have DDR Ram on board.My FSB is 100mhz and I understand you can't buy an Athlon anymore and AMD now make Semprons.Is my board compatible with a Sempron?The board has a VIA KT-266A chipset.
