I have an old issue. I have some boot crap that I have to remove every time I reboot.
Also, I have some innocuous crap on my PC. It remains undetected by McFee, AdAware, SpyBlaster, SpyBot, & Trend. All are updated. It tries to hijack my homepage. Oddly enough it usually goes to default URLs like miscrosoft. On a separate issue, I also very recently have a search toolbar I didn't ask for & don't want. It usually takes a few deselects of "file 64 ping" to keep it tucked away. It addresses "http://srch.lop.com/search".
Got a clue how to kill it/them?
