I get infrequent updates via email from Barret-Jackson, and this one caught my eye so I thought I'd share it with anyone who happens to stumble across this new forum. Also, a "Thanks" to the Bored!

See the link.

BTW- I grew-up with cars, I have owned quite a few muscle cars, and I plan on building a Street Rod sometime in the next few years. I hope to meet others here who love cars as much as I do . It may not be as glamorous as Audio, but you can't hide who you really are.

The deal with Hot Rods was sticking big new engines in old lightweight cars. Carroll Shelby rest his soul, ended all of that with the Cobra. After that Detroit stuck big engines in secretary's cars and the rest is history. If you want one you can have one. But for a lot less money you can go way faster in just about any ten year old car today.
