Synchronicity! Much overlap!

Posted by Enophile on December 10, 2012 at 08:40:14:

We blew through a similar list last week, all overlapping except the Graham. We also used Clicquot Orange, Chandon (Cali) blanc de blanc and blanc de noir.

We had a cluster around the Moet - I think it is a flavor profile people may have just become 'used to' and another group on the Roederer.

I have no opinion - I had a cold. :(

We served with rosemary smoked and mandarin stuffed turkey and smoked tri tips - so our food tended toward a more savory profile which may also have affected the tasting results.

Thanks for your list. Great time of year for it!
